Terms, refunds and privacy
These terms apply when you buy access to the online mock tests from London Paragon College Limited. Please read them before you pay.
Who you are buying from

What you are buying
Access to our online Life in the UK Test mock tests for 31 days from the moment your account is created. The price is £49.99 including VAT where applicable. Your access covers every question set on the site during your access period, including any new sets added while your access is running.
This is practice material written by the college and based on the official handbook, Life in the United Kingdom: A Guide for New Residents, 3rd edition. It is not the official test and it is not supplied by, endorsed by, or connected to the Home Office or PSI. We do not guarantee that you will pass the official test.
Your account
- You choose your own username and password after payment.
- Your account may be used on up to 2 devices. If you change device, contact us and we will reset it.
- Your account is for you alone. Sharing your login, or copying, recording or republishing our questions, may result in your access being withdrawn without a refund.
- Access ends automatically after 31 days. You can contact us at any time to extend it for a further period at the same price.
Cancellation and refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made online and receive a refund.
Because this is digital content that you can use straight away, you are asked at checkout to agree that your access starts immediately, and to accept that you lose the 14 day cancellation right once you have started using the mock tests. If you have paid but have not yet taken any test, you may cancel within 14 days and we will refund you in full.
If you have taken one or more tests, the 14 day right no longer applies. We will still consider a refund if the service has not worked properly and we have been unable to put it right. Email info@londonparagoncollege.co.uk with your username and what went wrong. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing to them.
The official test fee paid to GOV.UK is separate from this purchase and is not refundable by us.
If something goes wrong
Contact us first on 020 3642 8555, by WhatsApp on 07383 498306, or by email. We aim to reply within two working days. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Your information
We store your name, contact details, login details and your test results so that we can give you access and show you and your tutor your progress. Passwords are stored encrypted and cannot be read by us. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
We keep your account and results for as long as your account exists, and for up to 12 months after it expires, so that we can restore your progress if you come back. You can ask us to delete your account and results at any time. You can also ask for a copy of the information we hold about you. Email info@londonparagoncollege.co.uk. If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and to recognise your device against the 2 device limit. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
